This picture was taken after the inauguration ceremony of George Ferguson as Provost. From L to R are Alex MacMillan, Chairman, Clydesdale Bank, George Ferguson, Provost, AGD Cameron, former Provost, Robert Hay, former Provost. Alex MacMillan was chosen to open Tain's Celebrations on the occasion of Queen Elizabeth's Golden Jubilee, June 2002, being the only surviving Freeman of Tain.
