The lady in the middle of the front row is Miss Walker who was Postmistress at Tain in the early 1950's. She lived in Knockbreck St. When my father moved to Tain in 1945 he lodged with Miss Walker prior to the family moving.

The lady on the front row ? is Enid Tree. There is another picture of Enid outside the Post Office in the High Street.
