Comments

Just coming into shot on the left hand side beside Willie 'Winkie' and Mrs McLeod is my Mum Joyce Gardiner (1st lady councillor). I have a lovely photograph of her and Dad being presented to HRH Elizabeth the Queen Mother. During the 9th centenary celebrations in 1966 my younger sister Agnes was Young Tain in the pageant. At the time I was in Aberdeen doing my Teacher Training.
