Harvesting at Redburn Farm 2

George Ross, "Redburn", showing some of the sheaves of oats he has harvested on his croft at Redburn near Edderton. The long low building in front of the larger one at the right hand side of the photo is his crofthouse which until 2-3 years ago was still occupied by his daugher Eileen "Redburn". When she died the cottage still had no electricity. Untill a few years ago she cycled into Tain for her shopping.
